　　11.EnergyEfficiencyLabellingforDehumidifiers

　　11.1Scope

　　11.1.1.Clause11oftheCode,unlesstheDirectorprovidesotherwise,appliestoa

u7彩票cc　　dehumidifierdefinedintheOrdinance,thatis,theproductsspecifiedinclauses

　　11.1.2and11.1.3.

u7彩票cc　　11.1.2.“Dehumidifier”,subjecttoclause11.1.3oftheCode

　　(a)meansanencasedassemblyforremovingmoisturefromitssurrounding

　　atmosphere;

u7彩票cc　　(b)includesself-contained,electricallyoperatedandmechanically-refrigerated

u7彩票cc　　dehumidifiersthat

u7彩票cc　　(i)usemainselectricityastheprimarypowersource;

　　(a)mayalsooperatebyusingabsorbentand/oradsorbentmaterials;or

　　(b)areroomairconditionershavingdehumidifyingfunction.
